Our Undergrad Interns demonstrate interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and as a member of TeamKey

Undergraduate students provide telephone support to clients, families & community members who contact the practice, conduct initial screenings and assessments to identify client needs. They demonstrate tact, initiative, resourcefulness, professional manner, enthusiasm, and non-judgmental attitude while maintaining the confidential nature of mental health programming and related activities. Our Undergraduate Interns will also have the opportunity to assist with content creation relating to topics such as general mental health, the intersection of spirituality and mental health, & evidence-based holistic practices. They will also engage in outreach efforts with local community mental health organizations and providers. Undergrad interns will be able to run insurance verification for new & returning clients & assist with billing.
