Key2 is currently seeking fee-for-service, per-diem, independently contracted clinicians that can commit to a minimum of 10-15 sessions per week.
Candidates can be fully licensed or working towards licensure with various clinical degrees (LAC, LPC, LSW, LCSW, CADC).
Our ideal candidate can commit to the following:
- Provides a minimum of 10 direct client hours per week, including individual therapy, as well as couples and/or family therapy if within the clinician’s scope of practice
- Completes differential diagnosis and corresponding evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the clients’ needs & preferences
- Maintains case records, including biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plan goal updates & session progress notes within the appropriate timeline as set by regulatory standards
- Coordinate with necessary external providers & agencies regarding client’s treatment (i.e., schools/universities, prescribers, government agencies, etc.)
- Attending mandatory team meetings
Compensation and benefits
We offer office administration & billing services, individual & group supervision, and a supportive work environment that promotes professional growth.
- Fee-for-Service compensation for individual, couples, family & group therapy sessions
- Clinical Supervision: Weekly in-house individual supervision provided for provisionally licensed clinicians
- Peer/Group Supervision: Offered at various times 1-2x per month
- Location/Telehealth: This position offers a work-from-home component via telehealth sessions.
