A Vision Rooted in Faith and Purpose

Humble beginnings with a calling to make a difference

Dr. Key founded Key to Change Counseling Services in 2014 with a clear vision — to create a practice set apart by compassion, excellence, and faith. What began as a one-woman effort has grown into a dynamic team of professionals committed to helping clients heal, grow, and thrive through evidence-based, holistic based care.

A Lifelong Learner and Leader

Dedicated to both clinical excellence and academic growth

Dr. Key earned her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Monmouth University, later completing her Doctorate at the University of South Carolina (USC). She is currently pursuing her MBA at Louisiana State University (LSU), integrating business insight with her commitment to ethical, effective mental health care. As an Adjunct Professor at Monmouth University and Certified Clinical Supervisor, Dr. Key mentors the next generation of therapists and leaders.

More than Just a Therapist

Balancing family, faith, and purpose

Beyond the office, Dr. Key is a proud mother of three and a devoted dog mom to two, one of which is the certified therapy dog at the practice. Her faith is central to her life — she actively serves in her church ministry and brings those same values of compassion and service into every area of her work and relationships.
