Welcome! I’m Jamie, a Licensed Clinical therapist and Certified DBT therapist at Key to Change Counseling Services, Corp. I’m honored to be part of a Christian-based group practice dedicated to holistic, inclusive, and compassionate mental health care. With a foundation rooted in both clinical expertise and spiritual discernment, I offer a therapeutic space where healing is possible—whether through traditional methods or faith-integrated support.
I hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Columbia University and a Master of Divinity (MDiv) from Drew Theological Seminary. This unique educational background allows me to walk alongside clients in a way that honors their full personhood—emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Whether you’re seeking practical tools to manage anxiety or depression, or you’re looking to incorporate your Christian faith into therapy, I will meet you where you are with warmth and grace.
I specialize in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and relationship stress. My therapeutic style is collaborative, grounded, and client-centered. I draw from evidence-based frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help challenge and reframe unhelpful thought patterns, Dialectical Behavior Therapy to promote mindfulness and emotional regulation, and, for those who desire, faith-based counseling that integrates biblical truths and spiritual insight.
As a bilingual therapist, I offer counseling in both English and Korean. I am passionate about creating a culturally responsive and inclusive environment where every client feels seen, supported, and valued for who they are.
At Key to Change, we believe in meeting the whole person with compassion and clinical excellence. In our work together, you can expect to feel heard, empowered, and equipped to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and clarity. My goal is to walk beside you as you uncover your God-given strength, rediscover your peace, and move toward lasting, meaningful change.
If you’re ready to take the next step, I would be honored to walk this journey with you.
